Non-Food Vendor:

If you do not wish to sponsor the festival, but would like to be a vendor, you may reserve a 10’ x 10’ tent spot with electrical hook-up at a cost of only $150.00 per spot. 

You must be in accordance with Alabama State Law and you must have a valid business license and tax ID number to sell any merchandise.  You will also be required to charge Alabama and Blount County Sales tax.  

Food Vendor:

If you would like to set up and sell food at the festival site, the cost will be $250.00 per 10’ x 10’ tent spot with electrical hook-up. There will only be three food vendor spots available, so reserve your spot(s) as soon as possible.

If you are set up as a food vendor, you will have to be in accordance with Alabama State Laws and you must have a valid business license and tax ID number. You must also have all health and food handler certifications necessary to operate in the state of Alabama and you will be required to charge Alabama and Blount County sales tax on all items.

Please, note that the reserved tent spots do not include tents. They are only spots with electrical hook-up. You are responsible for furnishing your own tents, tables, extension cords and chairs.

ALL SPONSORSHIP MONEY AND/OR GOODS ARE DUE IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 22, 2008, IN ORDER TO MAKE IT ON THE T-SHIRT.
